The process of making an appointment is:

By Phone:

LEAVE A MESSAGE.

Every message will be listened to, and responded to by the next working day.

By Message Service:

Send a Text to 0448844244, include a photo of your referral from your GP

By Email or Fax:

Send an email or fax with your referral from your GP

Directly by your GP:

Ask your GP's secretary to send a message by Argus or Healthlink

When you arrive at your appointment:
Your appointment will be confirmed by text message, or email.
If you don't have a mobile phone or email, then someone will ring to confirm.
Appointments are spaced to avoid anyone waiting
Be on time. If your are late, I will have to cancel your appointment
If your are not coming, send a text.
Bring your paperwork
Wait in the waiting area, and you will be called in.

TAC or Workcover Initial: $400
TAC or Workcover F/U: $200

Telehealth appointments are only for special circumstances
and never for initial appointments.
